- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage office infrastructure, maintenance, and housekeeping services
- Coordinate with vendors for services like security, cleaning, and utilities
👥 Administrative Coordination
- Supervise administrative staff (receptionists, office assistants, etc.)
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Supervise to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping systems
💰 Budgeting & Procurement
- Monitor expenses and optimize costs
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment
📞 Communication & Support
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize meetings, events, and conferences
- Support senior management with administrative tasks
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
