R.Bupathy & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants established in 1976 in India has been carrying on the profession of Audit, Assurance, Management Consultancy and related services for more than 48 years and is marching towards the Golden Jubilee Celebrations to be celebrated in 2026.
The firm has over the years, developed expertise in various areas like Audit, Taxation, Financial Compliance including Foreign Direct Investment and related matters, Forensic Services, IT Audits, Due Diligence Reviews and Business Valuation apart from specialised services in relation to Ind AS Transition, Setting up Internal control framework, Cost Reduction Strategies, Mergers and Acquisition Assistance.
The firm is headquartered in Chennai, have Branches at Bengaluru and Coimbatore. Coimbatore branch is inaugurated on 03rd September 2025. The firm has 9 Partners including Founder Partner. Two of the Partners did their internship with the firm and joined as Partners of the firm. Seven Chartered Accountants are associated with our firm on fulltime basis as Audit Managers. The offices in Chennai, Bengaluru and Coimbatore are centrally located and fully equipped with necessary infrastructure to extend timely quality service to our clients.
Our firm has been peer reviewed as per the ICAI guidelines and we have obtained the peer review certificate on 04th July 2025 for the fourth time and valid till 31st July 2028. Also, achieved 4th level in AQMM in the recent QRB Review Certificate.
