I will sincerely work towards a corruption free India, preparation of true, fair and transparent financial statements, best practices in corporate Governance, efficient and effective utilization of financial resources and compliance and shall abide by the Code of Ethics  pronounced by the Institute.

I shall be fair, just and honest in my dealings with all the stakeholders and shall always maintain confidentiality , I shall deal all with humility, respect and be responsive to the needs of society, While providing my services, I would always be true to the Constitution of India and will follow in letter and spirit all the laws of the land.
