CA K. Smartin Simon, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has been associated with the firm since 2001. Having joined as a paid assistant, he went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant and was subsequently inducted as a partner, marking the beginning of a career dedicated to excellence within the firm.

Over the years, he has gained extensive exposure in Transfer Pricing, Taxation, Internal Audits, and Statutory Audits, with significant experience across large-scale infrastructure, FMCG, EPC, F&B, manufacturing and service industries. His engagements have equipped him with a strong understanding of diverse business environments, enabling him to deliver practical insights and tailored advisory solutions.

His areas of expertise span a wide spectrum, including risk assessments and advisory, Internal Financial Controls, due diligence, audits through SAP / Odoo & other ERP environments, Service Tax, IFRS compliance, Company Law matters, GST and consultancy across multiple domains. His ability to bridge technical knowledge with practical application has consistently added value to the clients he serves.

His core interest lies in ERP software validation, international taxation, and valuation. He has been actively involved in preparing transfer pricing study reports for multinational corporations and has also represented clients before the Income-Tax Authorities in matters of transfer pricing assessments, regular assessments, and appeals.

A strong believer in mentorship and professional growth, he remains committed to contributing to the future of the firm by grooming the next generation of Chartered Accountants.
